Treat Your Vendors Well!

Keep an open dialogue with your vendors/suppliers and let them know you are always open to suggestions. Vendors are a form of employee. After all, the success of their business is dependent on your success.
Do your best to treat vendors like customers – you never know when they might turn into a customer. They can also be your best word-of-mouth advertising. I know that I have been a vendor many times, but a customer many times more.
You should treat your vendors with the same respect you hope to get when you are the supplier. It will come back to you!
